💷 Half-day workshop – £30 (all materials included)Get into the festive spirit and enjoy a creative morning making your very own Christmas decorations with the art of macramé. This relaxed and friendly workshop is perfect for complete beginners as well as those looking for a seasonal project.
Under the guidance of our Lucy, you’ll learn the basic knots and techniques of macramé while creating a selection of beautiful handmade decorations. Popular makes include our cheeky macramé gonk (Santa), delicate snowflakes, and a variety of hanging ornaments to decorate your Christmas tree or home.

Lucy from Hearts and Pearls is a self-taught Macrame artist based in Falmouth. Grown from a hobby, her business specialises in propagating rare trailing semi-succulent plants, including the popular String of Hearts and Pearls, and through this, she first explored making decorative plant hangers from Macrame yarn. Having experimented with various projects over the years, she now runs Macrame workshops in the local area. She designs tutorials for others to learn the basics of this historic art form.
