Kinusaiga Christmas/Gift Workshop

Try your hand at Kinusaiga, the Japanese art of fabric patchwork mosaic (traditionally made with silk kimono scraps – we’ll be using ordinary cotton fabrics), in this relaxed festive workshop with Rachel. Create a beautiful handmade mosaic picture using gorgeous fabric off-cuts, fitting each piece into a wooden board using traditional Kinusaiga techniques, perfect as a one-of-a-kind Christmas gift (or treat for yourself!).
Everything is included: all fabrics, tools and your own wooden frame, so you’ll leave with a finished, framed piece ready to hang on the wall the moment you get home.
No experience necessary, just bring your creativity! A lovely festive morning out, with a unique handmade gift (or keepsake) to show for it.
