Kinusaiga Workshop

Try your hand at Kinusaiga, the Japanese art of fabric patchwork mosaic (traditionally made with silk kimono scraps – we’ll be using ordinary cotton fabrics), in this relaxed daytime workshop with Rachel. Using beautiful fabric off-cuts, you’ll design and assemble your own mosaic picture, fitting each piece into a wooden board using traditional Kinusaiga techniques.

Everything is included: all fabrics, tools and your own wooden frame, so you’ll leave with a finished, framed piece ready to hang on the wall the moment you get home.

No experience necessary, just bring your creativity!
