Lino Printing Workshop with Claire Armitage

Join artist and printmaker Claire Armitage for a relaxed, hands-on lino print workshop, designed for both complete beginners and those looking to develop their skills.
You’ll learn how to develop an initial image, such as a drawing or photograph, into a print, working through mark making, composition, lino cutting techniques and printing processes. Through practical demonstrations and guided tuition, you’ll create your own lino print to take home.
The session offers a supportive space to explore ideas while developing your individual skills and creative confidence. We’ll be printing by hand, and no previous lino printing experience is necessary.

- 10am – 4pm
- Maximum 12 places
- Suitable for complete beginners and more experienced printmakers
- All lino, tools, inks and paper provided
- Tea, coffee and cake through the day; lunch available to buy from our café – workshop students get 10% off in our café all day
